NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough has made the that Bury Metropolitan Borough has made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as follows:-

NO WAITING AT ANY TIME
Brentwood Court, Prestwich
North-easterly side from the north westerly kerbline of Lowther Road for a distance of 10 metres in a north westerly direction South-westerly and south-easterly side of Brentwood Court from the north westerly kerbline of Lowther Road in a north westerly and south westerly direction to the garage colony situated between blocks 1-17 and 18-29 Brentwood Court (approximately 88 metres)

Lowther Road, Prestwich
North-westerly side from a point 22 metres southwest of the southwest kerbline of Brentwood Court to a point 10 metres northeast of the north easterly kerbline of Brentwood Court.

A copy of the Order (including the exemptions contained in it) which comes into operation on 21 June 2018 and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may be inspected at 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury BL9 OEJ. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within 6 weeks of 21 June 2018 apply to the High Court for that purpose.
