Notice is hereby given that Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council intend to transfer an area of land off Old Hall Road, Leftwich, Northwich.
The land is to be developed for a place of Christian worship and community uses with associated car parking.
A plan of the land will be kept with Property Services, Wyvern House, Tha Drumber, Winsford CW7 1AH and will be open for inspection free of charge Monday to Friday during normal office hours. Any representations or objections to the proposal must be made in writing to A Lozinski, Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council, Property Services, Wyvern House, The Drumber, Winsford, CW7 1AH and should be received no later than 5pm on 13th July 2018.
