NOTICE OF PROPOSAL - (Albert Street, Knutsford) (Disabled Person's Parking Place) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that Cheshire East Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 32 and 35 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (hereinafter referred to as "the 1984 Act") and Part III of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act and in accordance with its duty under Section 122 of the 1984 Act.
1. The effect of the proposed Order will be to authorise the use of the length of road detailed in the schedule to this notice as a parking place for disabled person's vehicles only between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Albert Street, Knutsford (North West Side) A marked disabled bay 6.6m long starting at a point 6.5 metres north east of its junction with Manchester Road. Manchester Road, Knutsford (North East Side)
A marked disabled bay 6.6m long starting at a point 13 metres north west of its junction with Albert Street.
