NOTICE OF MAKING CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL (West Avenue, East Avenue, South Drive, Grange Road, Central Road, Gadbrook Road, Shurlach Road, Wright Avenue, Rudheath Way and Gadbrook Park Road, Rudheath.)
(PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2017 Notice is hereby given that on the 7th December 2017 Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will come into force on 11th December 2017. The effect of the proposed order will be to prohibit waiting at all times on the lengths of road specified in schedule 1.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or to any provisions contained in it, on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instruments made under it have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from 11th December 2017 apply to the High Court for that purpose.
SCHEDULE 1 (Prohibition of Waiting - at all times)
1. West Avenue (both sides) - From its junction with Gadbrook Road for a distance of 18 metres in a north easterly direction.

2. West Avenue (south side) - From appoint 11 metres south west of its junction with Grange Road to a point 12 metres north east of its junction with Grange Road.

3. West Avenue (south side) - From a point 9 metres south west of its junction with South Drive to a point 10 metres north east of its junction with South Drive

4. South Drive (both sides) - From its junction with West Avenue for a distance of 10 metres in a south easterly direction.

5. South Drive (both sides) - From its junction with East Avenue for a distance of 10metres in a north westerly direction.

6. Grange Road (both sides) - From its junction with West Avenue for a distance of 12 metres in a south easterly direction.

7. Grange Road (both sides) - From its junction with East Avenue for a distance of 17 metres in a north westerly direction.

8. East Avenue (both sides) - From its junction with Gadbrook Road for a distance of 30m in a north easterly direction.

9. East Avenue (north side) - From appoint 21 metres south west of its junction with Grange Road to a point 15 metres north east of its junction with Grange Road

10. East Avenue (north side) - From appoint 13 metres south west of its junction with South Drive to a point 10 metres north east of its junction with South Drive

11. East Avenue (south side) - From appoint 15 metres south west of its junction with Central Road to a point 12 metres north east of its junction with Central Road

12. Central Road (both sides) - From its junction with East Avenue for a distance of 11 metres in a south easterly direction

13. Gadbrook Road (west side) - From its junction with the A556 to a point 22 metres north west of its junction with Shurlach Road

14. Gadbrook Road (east side) - From its junction with the A556 to a point 10metres north west of its junction with East Avenue

15. Gadbrook Road (west side) - From a point 18 metres south east of its junction with Wright Avenue to a point 20 metres north west of its junction with Wright Avenue.

16. Gadbrook Road (east side) - From a point 16 metres south east of its junction with West Avenue to a point 20 metres north west of its junction with West Avenue

17. Wright Avenue (both sides) - From its junction with Gadbrook Road for a distance of 23 metres in a south westerly direction.

18. Shurlach Road (north side) - From its junction with Gadbrook Road for a distance of 33 metres in a westerly direction

19. Shurlach Road (south side) - From its junction with Gadbrook Road for its full extent.

20. Gadbrook Park Road (north and east side) - from its junction with School Road to a point 10 metres east of the access to the overflow car park.

21. Gadbrook Park Road (north and east side) - From a point 15 metres west of the access to Richmond House to a point 10 metres south of the access to Century House

22. Gadbrook Park Road (east and south side) - From a point 5 metres north of the access to Willows veterinary group to a point 10 metres west of the easterly access to Dalby Court

23. Gadbrook Park Road (north and west side) - From opposite a point 15 metres south of the southerly kerbline of the access to Willows at points 22 & 23 veterinary group to a point 5 metres west of the access to Chiltern House

24. Gadbrook Park Road (south side) - From a point 10 metres east of the westerly access to Dalby Court to a point 7 metres west of the access to Oakland House

25. Gadbrook Park Road (south and west side) - From 10 metres east of the access to Charnwood House to its junction with School Road

26. Gadbrook Park Road (south side) - From a point 10 metres west of its access to Windsor House to a point 10 metres east of the access to Chiltern House

27. Gadbrook Park Road (south and west side) - From a point 10 metres west of the northerly access to Bowland House to a point opposite the northerly kerbline of the access to Century House.

28. Gadbrook Park Road (north,east and south sides) - from a point opposite the access to Oakland House to a point 27 metres west of the access to Windsor House.

29. Rudheath Way (north side) - from a point 74 metres east of Gadbrook Road for a distance of 27 metres in an easterly direction.

30. Rudheath Way (north side) - from a point 130metres east of Gadbrook Road to its cul de sac end

31. Rudheath Way (south side) - from a point 110 metres east of Gadbrook Road for a distance of 25 metres in an easterly direction

32. Rudheath Way (south side) - from its junction with Gadbrook Road for a distance of 76 metres in an easterly direction
