NOTICE OF MAKING CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL (HARTFORD ROAD SERVICE ROAD, DAVENHAM) (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2017
Notice is hereby given that on the 12th September 2017 Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will come into force on 12th September 2017

The effect of the proposed order will be to prohibit driving on the lengths of road specified in the schedule
If you wish to question the validity of the Order; or to any provisions contained in it, on the grounds that any requirements ofthe Act or any instruments made under it have not been complied with in relation to the Order; you may, within six weeks from 12th September 2017 apply to the High Court for that purpose

(Prohibition of Driving - at all times) Hartford Road Service Road, Davenham - From a point 163 meters west of its junction with Hartford Road for a distance of 35 meters in a north-westerly direction
