NOTICE OF TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 Birkinheath Lane, Rostherne

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers proposes to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic as follows, lay new sewer Prohibition of traffic-Birkinheath Lane, Rostherne

From the junction with Marsh Lane for approximately 300 metres The alternative route will be via Marsh Lane, Birkinheath Lane, Ashley Road, Rostherne Lane and vice versa which is considered the most suitable route.

The closures will be in place for 24 hours a day

This order will come into operation on 1st May 2017 and will continue

in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete

the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that

the works will be completed by 19th June 2017.

This order will come into operation on 14th April 2017 and will continue

in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete
