ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 113 (BRADFORD NORTH), CROOKED ROAD, IDLE/THACKLEY, BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 1279) ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of water works proposed to be executed on or near Public Footpath No. 113 (Bradford North), Crooked Road, intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Public Footpath No. 113 (Bradford North) Crooked Road from its junction with Crooked Road to its junction with Westfield Lane.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to pedestrians connected with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of Public Footpath.

No alternative route for pedestrians affected by the proposed Order will be available.

The proposed Order will come into effect on 30th November 2020 and remain in force until 22nd December 2020 (although the closure can remain in force for up to six months if necessary).
