ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

MOOR CLOSE LANE, QUEENSBURY, BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 1280) ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of telecommunications works proposed to be executed on or near Moor Close Lane, Queensbury, Bradford intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Moor Close Lane from its junction with Sladdin Row to a point outside No. 12 Moor Close Lane.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Moor Close Lane (unaffected section), Cross Lane, Roper Lane, Ladysmith Road and vice versa.

The proposed Order will come into effect between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00 each day on 3rd and 4th December 2020 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
