NOTICE OF MAKING CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL (MILL LANE, FRODSHAM) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING ORDER) ORDER 2019

Notice is hereby given that, on 11th of June 2020 Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will come into force on 12th June 2020. The effect of the order will be to prohibit waiting at all times on the lengths of road specified in schedule 1.

If you wish to question the validity of the order or any of its provisions on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instruments made under it has not been complied with, in relation to the Order you may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.

SCHEDULE - PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND LIMITED WAITING ORDER

The extents of the traffic regulation orders are as shown below: Schedule 1 prohibition of waiting Mill Lane (West Side) - From its boundary with A56 Sutton Causeway for a distance of 10m in a northerly direction.

Mill Lane (West Side) - From a point 40m from its boundary with A56 Sutton Causeway for a distance of 26m in an easterly direction. 11th June 2020
