The East Renfrewshire Council (Disabled Persons Parking Places) (On-Street) Order 2020

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENTHAT on 6 March 2020 in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Sections 45 & 46 and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") and of all other enabling powers, the East Renfrewshire Council made the above named Traffic Regulation Order to designate spaces on-street for the exclusive use of vehicles displaying in an appropriate manner a

valid Blue Badge and include powers to suspend the use of such

places as required.

The effect of the Order is as referred to in the Notice published in

the Glasgow EveningTimes on 19 December 2019.

A copy of the Order along with the accompanying plans, are available for inspection online within the East Renfrewshire
