I/We Britannia Hotels No.2 Ltd Of 253 Hale Road, Hale, Cheshire, WA15 8RE Apply for a Premises Licence for the premises known as Royal Bath Hotel At Bath Road, Bournemouth, BH1 2EW HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT I/We have applied to Bournemouth Borough Council Licensing Authority on 5 day of March 2015, for a variation to the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The following changes to the licensable activities are proposed:

C. Removal of conditions 1.18, 1.19, 1.22, 1.23, 1.24, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 2.8
D. Substitution of a new plan.

Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application.
