NOTICE OF TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE - ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - BREACH HOUSE LANE, MOBBERLEY
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers
under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling

powers proposes to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic
as follows, install new dual circuit for reinforcement of the network.
Prohibition of traffic - Breach House Lane. Mobberley - From the junction with
Wood Lane to outside the entrance to Blackshaw Heys Farm.
The alternative route will be via Breach House Lane, Pepper Street Small Lane,
Wood Lane and visa versa which is considered the most suitable route.
The closures will be in place 24 hours a day.
This order will come into operation on Monday 20 January 2020 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Friday 7 February 2020. Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers proposes to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic as follows, positioning of cranes to erect steel frame, pour concrete and load out materials. Prohibition of traffic - George Street. Alderley Edge - From the junction with London Road to the junction with South Grove.

The alternative route will be via South Grove, Chorley Hall Lane and vice versa which
is considered the most suitable route.
The closures will be in place 24 hours a day.
This order will come into operation on Friday 1 November 2019 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Friday 26 June 2020. This order will come into operation on Wednesday 9 October 2019 and will continue
in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be

Sunday 22 December 2019.

The alternative route will be via Knutsford Road, Broadoak Lane, Smith Lane and vice versa which is considered the most suitable route. The closures will be in place 24 hours a day
This order will come into operation on Wednesday 9 October 2019 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Sunday 10 November 2019.
