DAVID CHAMBERS Jan and the family of the late David Chambers wish to say a sincere thank you to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kindness and sympathy, messages, cards, floral tributes and generous donations for the Stroke Association and The Christie received in his memory. Special thanks to Doctor Kearns and the reception staff at Manchester Road Medical Centre, Damian and all at Dodgson's for the excellent funeral arrangements, to all who attended the funeral and to Reverend Nigel Atkinson.
