WALLER Sandra née Cowan Of Mere and Knutsford on Wednesday 13th July, peacefully in Macclesfield Hospital. Sandra, aged 77 years, devoted wife of Derek and dearly loved mother of Rachael and Nigel (who died 24th September 2021). Also, sadly missed mother-in-law of Elena, and adored granny of William, George, Sophie and Alex, and a dear aunt. The funeral service will be held at The Parish Church of St Mary, Rostherne at 12 pm on Wednesday 3rd August. Flowers from the family and others or donations, if wished, for MIND. Very sorry to hear belatedly of Sandra's death. Pat and I met Sandra and Carol in Switzerland and we introduced her to Rochdale YCs where she met Derek.. I guess that would be in the mid 1960s. I attended their wedding at St Ann's in Manchester. Then I moved to London and we lost touch.
My deepest sympathy to Derek and her family.
