JOHN FRANCIS EDWARDS Passed away on 7th July at the Christie Hospital after a long and bravely fought battle with cancer. A Chester born Knutsfordian at heart, John's charisma and charm left a mark on everybody he came to meet and will be sorley missed. Having seen all corners of the globe, he transcended borders and absorbed culture to the benefit of those around him a true man of the world. His contribution to the local community is reflected in the bellies of anyone who tried his delicious authentic Indian food or attended one of his famous parties! John's children and grandsons are his legacy and Emma, Hannah and Elliot will carry his name forward with pride. They invite those who knew him to a celebration of his life at Vale Royal Crematorium at 10:30am, Monday 26th July.
