GWENDOLINE ANN JONES (GWEN) Peacefully on Friday 21st June 2019 at Hazelmere House Care Home, aged 84 years. Devoted wife of Brian, loving mother of Clare and Hilary, much loved mother-in-law of Adrian and beloved grandma of Hannah. Thank you to all the staff at Hazelmere House Care Home for all their loving care. Funeral Service will be held at St John's Church, Lindow on Thursday 11th July 2019 at 2:00 PM followed by burial in the churchyard.
