Who can afford such a car?
Well according to the media, Cheshire West and Chester Council can along with Cheshire East, Kensington and Chelsea councils.
How much does a car like that depreciate in value?
A great deal I think.
Along with running costs, a tidy sum to pay each year.
A great number of potholes could be repaired for such a sum.
In these times of austerity surely our council cannot afford such a vehicle.
