I SEEM to increasingly come across these people who, somewhere along the way have got lost in their own sense of self-importance.
Perhaps this is a reflection on the example set by the Government, who employ, in my humble opinion, deliberately obstructive methods for people to claim benefits.
Lots of vulnerable claimants then give up and the Government ultimately saves lots of money.
Personally, I think the world would be a far far better place if we all treated one another as equals (to start with at least).
Admittedly I’m an idealist and realistically it’s unlikely to change sadly, but if nobody even writes about it and points out the increasingly disturbing and wider ‘them and us’ divide, then nothing will ever happen.
