Potholes
I WOULD be grateful if you or any of your readers could inform me which local councillor or council department I need to contact in order that I can place a formal request for an application form so that I can apply for a ‘Pot Holing Licence’ to enable me to continue driving in and around Knutsford.
I do of course realise that very soon I will need to ‘upgrade’ it to a full Caving Licence’.
