RESIDENTS living in the vicinity of a local river in Wales are benefiting from cheap electricity derived from the river flow, and the more it rains the cheaper the power!
So why has the power of our mighty River Lily not been harnessed so that residents of Knutsford could benefit from cheap energy in a similar way to the Welsh?
