I AGREE wholeheartedly with Jack Woolcock’s suggestion to move the outdoor market to a more suitable location.
Personally, I don’t visit the market because it’s a nightmare to try and get around.
Traders must lose a lot of sales because potential customers can’t get near the stalls to browse.
Secondly, in response to all the readers’ letters regarding parking on double yellow lines, I feel that people wouldn’t need to park so close to their destination if the Knutsford pavements weren’t such a death trap to try and navigate.
You take your life in your hands trying to walk along King Street or Princess Street.
It’s about time that the council finally did something to upgrade the streets and pavements instead of just talking about it and conducting survey after survey.
The Knutsford residents have made their feelings perfectly clear about what they want.
It’s about time the council paid attention to the electorate.
