TO continue the theme after the demise of the chancellor I for one would not be disappointed to see the back of Mr Osborne.
When I think what he has done to High Legh. The impact of the new A556 on the landscape does not impress. The further threat of HS2 and the Cheshire Gateway project. Just ask the people of Little Bollington what they think of that.
However perhaps the biggest threat to be imposed on us is Fracking. Ineos Shale are about to start seismic testing in the area.
I would warn readers as an insurance assessor that fracking related damage to your property is unlikely to be covered by your insurance policy.
My advice would be to be aware of any seismic testing to take place in your location and take a photograph of your property inside and out, prior to test.
If damage should occur you will be better placed to pursue a claim against the company responsible.
