I READ the letter from Mr Wood you published last week regarding the EU referendum. I agree with his comments entirely but I believe he was being rather too kind to the posh boys who run the Project Fear campaign. Do they really believe what they say, or are they flying kites?

Does any taxpayer believe: World War Three is imminent?

Genocide is likely? House prices will crash? Unemployment will rise by hundreds of thousands? Britain should be ruled by unelected civil servants?

It will cost every family £4,300 per annum in lost income?

Does anyone believe BMW will stop selling the 160,000 cars they sell here per annum and the same applies to Mercedes, Volkswagen, Audi or any other continental manufacturer who trades profitably with the UK? Trade will continue as usual with individual agreements negotiated. Thirty years ago there were huge predictions of doom when the UK was forced to pull out of the ERM, but we went on to become the most prosperous nation in Europe after an initial downturn.

Cameron, Osborne and their supporters have an agenda that has nothing to do with the wellbeing of the citizens of this country and everyone should exercise their right to vote Leave and teach them a lesson.
