Embarrassing time at store
BOOTHS Knutsford store managed to ruin their own observation of the two minutes' silence. Staff stood silently amongst us, but their own tannoy broadcast two minutes of radio broadcasts followed by static, white noise and background noise.
No one thought to switch it off. The RBL were present and maintained their dignity despite obvious frustrations. Embarrassing for the store.
