Community Champion
THE Knutsford U3A is delighted that Muriel Robinson’s achievement in starting our organisation has been recognised with the Community Champion award.
Our 600 members in the local district join me in sending our congratulations to Muriel and to thank her for her initial enthusiasm and hard work and her continued active membership.
Monica Beswick and Margaret Weltman, the other ‘originals’, will join Muriel as honoured guests at our anniversary tea in May when we start the celebrations of the first 10 years of our U3A.
