I HAVE written to Mr J Wilbraham, chief executive of Macclesfield General Hospital explaining my feelings regarding the car parking there.
I have yet to receive a reply.
Why can’t there be a simple barrier, ticket, pay when you leave system like everyone else?
The car park arrangement is a wonderful example of bad planning, a lack of any empathy with customers (that means PATIENTS) and a total disregard for the function of a hospital.
