Start fining for dropping litter
THERE certainly is litter on the Moor and the Heath too, Guardian, July 23, ‘Yobs who threw litter’.
Perhaps Knutsford Town Council can tell us if there have ever been any prosecutions for this or indeed who would be responsible for a prosecution?
Until people are fined and their names made public some will carry on littering.
