Regarding the closure of Pets at Home, I am really angry at yet another useful shop closing.
Not everyone can get to other towns and it means more trade will now go to those towns.
If a national company with financial backing cannot agree a new lease on satisfactory terms then what chance does anyone else have?
It’s all very well the landlords stating that there are plenty of new shops.
How is it other shop units are empty and have been for some considerable time?
I recall that M&Co had a similar problem and that unit is now also empty.
