  • "Tatton Estates have parking all sewn up. Apparently, with the market stalls on the Little Heath, they are only 'a few yards away from Knutsford's largest car park' which funnily enough, according to Mistletoe Markets Knutsford's website, turns out to be the Big Heath, which has capacity for 'over 1000 cars'. Tatton Estates supported STAG against Bewilderwood, and now they are planning this monstrosity all over Knutsford Heath. Double standards."

Where will they all park?

Where will they all park?

AS A former resident of Knutsford I have generally been supportive of proposals for new developments in the town.

However the idea of a Mistletoe Market on the Little Heath ranks above BeWILDered for destroying Knutsford.

Birmingham, England’s second city has 190 cabins for the joint German Market and Craft Fair. Tatton Estates think Knutsford, which is not even a city, can sustain half this amount?

If winter 2014 is anything like winter 2013 how many months will it be before the Heath recovers?

Perhaps the organisers can also clarify where these “thousands of visitors” will be parking as spaces in Knutsford are not exactly in plentiful supply JOHN MYERSCOUGH Birmingham
