Employ a consultant
SO Knutsford Town Council does not have anyone who has enough knowledge to comment on the technical plans submitted by the developers of BeWILDerwood?
Weren’t Bure Valley advised that they would need to submit these documents so that Knutsford Town Council would have been fully aware that they would have been expected to make comments on these plans?
Did no-one think to employ a consultant who would have the knowledge to make a sensible submission to the planning committee?
