Kidman: Cruise decade 'fantastic'

Nicole Kidman has denied that she spoke to Katie Holmes about her marriage break-up with Tom Cruise.

The Hollywood actress, 45, told Australian magazine Who that she doesn't regret her own time with the Hollywood star.

"I never spoke to her," she said of Katie. "I wish all of them well, but I was not involved in any of that."

Batman Begins actress Katie, 33, was reported to have confided in Nicole just before her split with Tom, 50, the father of their six-year-old daughter Suri.

Nicole, who split from Tom in 2001 following a 10-year marriage, said: "I married really fast and really young. But I don't regret that because it got me (children) Bella and Connor and I did have a fantastic marriage for a long period."

The Oscar-winning star, now married to country music singer Keith Urban, father of two of her children, Sunday and Faith, said: "There were times following (the divorce) when I thought, 'Wow, this is the loneliest, loneliest existence'.

"But with Tom, it was a fantastic decade."
