Kelly Osbourne has said she is "shocked" by how good a dad her brother Jack turned out to be.

Jack - who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis earlier this year - and his model fiancee Lisa Stelly welcomed daughter Pearl Clementine into the world in April.

Kelly told ITV1's This Morning: "Jack is a lesson and his baby is the miracle - we call her Pearl The Miracle."

She added: "Jack is amazing right now. I don't understand how he is the way he is - I wish I could be more like him. He has a military mind - 'Right, I've got to change the way I eat, changing what I do', he is very strong and he's the best father ever.

"It shocks me! And his future wife Lisa is the best mum and they are just so happy... I couldn't be more happy for him."

Kelly also revealed she's found an honorary grandmother in Joan Rivers, her co-star on E! Entertainment show Fashion Police.

"It's a comedy show and I get to work with the biggest female legend in comedy and that is the biggest honour ever - I've learnt so much from her and she's the grandmother I never had, and her daughter is the sister I never had. That's my second family now."
