Kate Hudson has revealed dancing is the secret to her honed and toned figure.
The 35-year-old actor - who is mum to two sons aged 10 and nearly three - showed off her abs wearing a bikini on the cover of the July issue of InStyle magazine.
Kate told the magazine dance is her workout secret, adding: "When I'm up there, twirling around, doing my pirouettes I look totally crazy."
But the Glee star was less forthcoming when it came to questions about plastic surgery.
She retorted: "That's like asking someone if they see a therapist - and why?
"If someone wants to go get butt implants, then sure, go get butt implants. The real question is, How do they treat the person next to them? Are they a******s or are they awesome?"
Kate - who posed with her mother Goldie Hawn for her first InStyle cover when she was just 17 - insisted she is comfortable living her life in the spotlight.
She said: "I joined the circus because I wanted to be part of the circus. I have a rebelliousness in me. I'm not interested in perfection - that's the whole point!"
But Kate admitted that paparazzi are top of her list of pet hates, followed by bloggers.
She said: "I just look at the paparazzi and mentally cut their heads off. The negativity is just so vast. Will everybody stop being so damned judgmental?"
