The Simpsons has topped a poll of children's favourite TV shows from the past 15 years.
The cartoon, which launched in 1989 and is seen by many as an adult rather than children's show, was followed by BBC One soap EastEnders, according to research by media planning and buying agency MediaCom.
Digital Spy reported that 1,000 eight to 16-year-olds across the UK were asked to name their favourite TV programmes, every year since 1998.
Friends was third, followed by Top Gear, with Little Britain and Family Guy and kids' shows Sabrina The Teenage Witch and Tracy Beaker also in the top 10.
MediaCom UK's Chris Binns said: "Not only have '90s classics like The Simpsons, EastEnders and Friends emerged as the most-loved programmes across the whole report - they are still favourites today, and have not been replaced by short-form entertainment from new and social media."
