Second defeat for Knutsford A

KNUTSFORD A missed a chance to return to the Altrincham and District Amateur Football League summit after losing for the second successive Saturday in Division One.

They lost 2-0 at newly-promoted Swinton, while neighbours Egerton succumbed on their own pitch against Sale Amateurs.

Reds head to second-placed AFC Quarry this weekend, when Egerton visit Sale Town.
