DEFENDING champions Crosstown A defeated 2010 winners Pickering A last Monday to reach the Knutsford Ladies’ League Knockout quarter finals.

Their reward is a last eight date with Division One rivals Pickering B, conquerors of lower-ranked strugglers Victory Hall B.

Top tier pair Drum & Monkey and Navigation proved too strong for Wilmslow Cons and Railway B respectively, while underdogs Crosstown B were within 10 chalks of Victory Hall A.
