Meanwhile Knutsford seconds, victors in the Alliance East Division Cup final in 2016, in have been paired with their Aston counterparts on the opening day.
Captains Adeel Bhatti and Mark Dingle are in optimistic mood following a successful series of indoor practice sessions, although they both welcome potential new recruits to outdoor nets.
Training takes place at their home ground every Thursday, from 7pm.
This weekend’s matches are scheduled to start at 1pm.
