Mere C, conquerors of Division Two rivals Mobberley E at Brook Street, are the first to reach the quarter finals.
In the league, Brook Street A eased to victory in a top-flight derby duel with their clubmates Brook Street B.
Champions Mobberley A were made to work much harder by Mobberley B before scraping a victory, allowing Morley A to close a gap to first place following a 6-1 success against Mere B.
Third-placed Wilmslow Cons A whitewashed Tatton in the other Division One fixture.
Mobberley C’s whitewash of Mere C keeps them in contention for the lead in Division Two, while pacesetters Morley B lost on aggregate to lowly Wilmslow Cons B.
Shaw Heath picked up an aggregate point victory at promotion hopefuls Wilmslow RBL, and Mobberley D lost 5-2 against clubmates Mobberley E.
