They hold on to top spot, for now, from Knutsford A who dropped only four chalks in despatching Mere A.
Cranford A, who sit fourth in the table, scored 157 at home to Swettenham B.
In Division Two, Church Inn B extended a winning sequence to six matches after totalling 163 at home to Knutsford B.
Chelford A stay second, but only after squeezing past Church Inn B by three marks.
Only two separated Goostrey B from their guests, Oughtrington A, in the round’s closest encounter.
Elsewhere, Victory Hall B scored a full house at home to back-markers Chelford B.
