JACK Bushell, already a record-breaker this season, added another Knutsford and District Amateur League title to his collection on Sunday.
The 15-year-old, who became the youngest Six Reds Challenge victor earlier in March, saw off his rivals to win the Jack Tulley Young Player tournament.
Fellow Mere clubmate, and defending champion, Tom Jackson finished as runner-up.
Tom’s brother Peter claimed third place, while Jack’s brother Mark classified fourth at the end of a round robin competition at Mobberley Victory Hall.
Morley made sure of second spot in Division One after defeating relegated Mobberley C, while closest rivals Wilmslow cons A lost on aggregate at champions Mobberley A.
Shaw Heath squeezed past Tatton the same way, while Brook Street A restricted Mobberley B to a single frame in a one-sided encounter.
Mere B secured promotion from Division Two as a reward for beating Mobberley D, though they are not yet assured of the title.
Second-placed Brook Street B remain contenders after a 5-2 success against Royal London.
Improving Mere C won again, this time against Wilmslow Cons B, to keep alive their hopes of avoiding the wooden spoon.
Mere A’s narrow win at home to Mobberley E all but rules them out of a top-two finish.
