KNUTSFORD rider Adam Jenkinson is hoping to bounce back at Brands Hatch later this month after crashing out in the Pirelli National Superstock 1000 Championship race at Knockhill.
Jenkinson, on board a Team Direct CCTV SBR-prepared Kawasaki, was chasing a podium spot when he fell in Round Four this weekend.
“I got boxed in at the start but I got a good rhythm and got up to third,” he said. “I had a good pace but unfortunately I ran on chasing for second and took the front, which resulted in me crashing.
“I was disappointed as I was quite confident we would have had a podium. Onwards and upwards for Brands Hatch GP, a track which I love.”
Jenkinson and the team are looking for sponsors and welcome any interest.
