NETBALL: Winning run extended to 11 matches
KNUTSFORD’S netballers played against each other during the latest round of matches in the Warrington and District League.
The club’s second string extended their winning sequence to 11 matches in Division Two after a 27-20 victory against Knutsford thirds, leaving them 14 points clear at the summit.
In Division Three, Knutsford fifths edged the fourth team 17-10, swapping places with their clubmates in the table as a reward.
The first team returns to action tomorrow, Wednesday, when they take on neighbours Northwich Sapphires in a Premier Division encounter.
