Carlo Loregain claimed the contest’s opening try, converted by Fergus Grieves.
Relentless tackling kept the hosts at bay, and Blues were rewarded with scores from Harrison Blake, Ben Mottershead and James Campbell. Number eight Rory Boyle was man of the match.
