KNUTSFORD Academy student Eleanor Twite was part of Cheshire schools’ junior girls’ team at Saturday’s English Schools’ Cross Country Championships at Catton Park, in Derbyshire.

She placed inside the first 175 finishers in a 330-strong field, while former Knutsford pupil Jade Evans – now at Mid-Cheshire College – was part of a senior girls’ team that was eighth overall; the county’s best collective result of the day.
