HOLMES Chapel recorded a third successive win in South Lancashire & Cheshire Division Three at the weekend, beating visitors Linley.
In-form Ed Meyrick and Tom Chambers were again on the score sheet in a comfortable 28-7 win that propels the men from Station Road closer to the table’s top half.
They will have to wait a week to seek a fourth straight win, resuming at Liverpool University on November 17.
