NETWORK Knutsford is being relaunched on February 19 – with new faces and a new approach set to breathing life into the organisation.

Network Knutsford was founded by Knutsford solicitor Marco Dellapina in 2009 to create a network for businesses to meet up, get to know each other, exchange ideas and do business.

In recent years, Marco has taken a back seat but David Heffernan has been enlisted to relaunch the network and re-establish its credentials as a ‘fun, social, yet serious business networking group’.

Marco said: “Network Knutsford was the original Knutsford networking organisation for businesses and we want to re-establish it as a serious local business lobby representing all the town's businesses thanks to its significant database of subscribers and followers.

"David is a long term resident and business owner in the town who knows how to make the most out of networking and I'm glad he has taken on the job of relaunching Network Knutsford."

Network Knutsford's new venue is 21 Mediterranean Bar & Grill at 21 Princess Street, Knutsford. Meetings will take place of the third Thursday of the month, from 6.30pm to 9pm.

"The Network Knutsford relaunch will ensure we bring a new life to networking in the town and become a truly representative group for all businesses," said David.

"We are lining up a series of interesting speakers from a wide-range of businesses to share their knowledge and encourage discussion.

"Towards the end of last year there was much talk about making the North of England into a 'Powerhouse'. Knutsford businesses should be a part of that and I believe that by getting all the town's businesses together to work with each other, we can improve our own local economy and be part of that powerhouse."
