KNUTSFORD telecoms and internet supplier Concert Networks have added another new recruit to their ever-expanding team.
The firm, which celebrates its 10th birthday this year, has appointed apprentice Chris Butler as First Line Support Engineer.
The Concert Apprenticeship Scheme provides employment opportunities for young people who are looking to gain real-life work experience, recognised qualifications and earn while they learn.
Chris, from Knutsford, said: “As a First Line Support Engineer, it is my job to pick up any issues customers have and deal with them in a professional and efficient manner.
“Concert are committed to delivering excellent customer service and a huge part of my role is ensuring our service levels are maintained and improved.
“I'm really excited about the scope of the Apprentice Scheme. Concert provide excellent ongoing training and are a great bunch of people.”
Neil Hollands, Concert Managing Director, said: “We are delighted Chris has joined Concert in this landmark year. He has only been here a short time but he is already proving to be a fantastic addition to the team.”
