A KNUTSFORD solicitors is donating its time to support Will Aid charities.
Dellapina Law Solicitors, on Brook Street, will be participating in Will Aid next month.
The firm will draw up basic wills without charge in the hope that clients will make a donation to the Will Aid charities. The suggested donation level is £90 for a single basic will or £135 for a pair of wills.
Rebecca Antony, from Dellapina Law Solicitors, said: “Making a will is essential to ensure that your loved ones are protected and provided for after your death.
“Unfortunately, it is all too often put off or avoided, after all talking about death and what happens afterwards isn’t easy.
“It is important to remember that if you die without making a will, your assets will be divided according to the law and not your wishes.
“It can also be extremely complicated for families to deal with an estate in the absence of a will.
“Please contact us at Dellapina Law to make your will now and to help the great causes supported by Will Aid.”
The money raised will be shared by nine charities; ActionAid, Age UK, British Red Cross, Christian Aid, NSPCC, Save the Children, Sightsavers, SCIAF and Trocaire. For further or to make an appointment to make a Will call Rebecca on 01565 634 100.
