Have your jab at civic centre

A KNUTSFORD doctors surgery is holding a flu clinic tomorrow.

Toft Road Surgery will be holding the clinic between 9am and 4.30pm at the civic centre.

The practice is inviting patients aged 65 and over or who are in one of the following groups: pregnant, diabetes sufferer, heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, neurological disease, chronic lung disease, are immunosuppressed or are a registered carer.

Doctors are advising pregnant women 28 weeks and over they should have a booster for whooping cough to help protect their unborn. A limited stock of shingles vaccine for anyone aged 50 or over is available, and they are both available free of charge by contacting the surgery.
