THE Mere’s Spa has won the Good Spa Guide’s Award for Best Customer Service 2012.

The Good Spa Guide, which offers an independent comprehensive guide to UK spas, therapies and treatments, has announced The Mere’s spa and health club as winner of the national award for best customer service.

It was relaunched in March following a £15 million investment, and received the ‘5 Bubbles’ rating from the Good Spa Guide earlier this year, which is rated against a list of criteria including customer care, cleanliness, quality of treatments and value for money.

Mark Boler, owner at The Mere Golf Resort and Spa, said: “Delivering the best customer service is at the heart of everything we do at The Mere, making sure every guest has the best possible experience.

“This starts with an investment in staff and therapist training to ensuring we’re offering the best treatments and products on the market. We’re over the moon to have received this national award.”
